SOLINDAC Ingeniería works as an external engineering office for machine builders and integrators: mechanical design in SolidWorks and Inventor, electrical schematics in EPLAN, PLC and HMI programming in TIA Portal and WinCC Unified, calculation, documentation and CE marking. We absorb workload peaks or complete projects without you adding staff, under a non-disclosure agreement and with your brand in front.

- Assemblies, manufacturing drawings with shop-floor judgement, bill of materials and study of tooling and formats. Delivered in your office's native format (SolidWorks or Inventor) and on your template.
- Electrical design
- EPLAN schematics, panel sizing, cable and terminal lists, documentation for the wiring workshop.
- Automation
- Structured PLC programming in TIA Portal, HMI/SCADA screens in WinCC Unified, commissioning at your customer's site if you need it.
- Calculation and documentation
- Sizing of drives, conveyors and structures; risk assessment, technical file and CE declaration.
- Redesign and optimisation
- Review of an existing machine to cut manufacturing cost or improve performance while keeping its function. A recent redesign cut the cost of a complex packaging machine by 16.7 %.

We work under a non-disclosure agreement before seeing a single drawing. The design, programs and documentation produced for you are yours: we do not sell client designs or compete with your catalogue. Your end customers' information is handled with the same care.
Confidentiality by contract: NDA — drawings and know-how stay with you. We never compete with your catalogue.
Tools and formats
SolidWorks, Inventor, EPLAN, TIA Portal, WinCC Unified and BobCAD. We deliver in the native format you use and, if your company has templates, drawing standards or a coding structure, we work with them.

What information do you need to start?
A description of the machine or task, the CAD and schematic formats you use, your templates and internal standards, and the deadline. With that we close scope and engagement model in one meeting.
Can you sign our own non-disclosure agreement?
Yes. We usually sign the client's NDA; if you do not have one, we provide a template.
Do you work remotely or on our premises?
Usually remotely from our engineering office, with regular meetings; for commissioning and design reviews we travel to the plant or to your premises.
What happens to unused hours in a bank?
They carry over month to month and you can check them in the client area. They do not expire while the relationship is active.
